Website features Vietnamese gastronomy - Phan Thiet Travel

The Institute for Vietnamese Gastronomic Research launched the site www.amthuc.net.vn on July 11 to promote Vietnamese dishes worldwide.

The site is part of “Joining hands to build the Vietnamese kitchen for the world” project carried out by the institute to develop Vietnamese cuisine and trademarks of Vietnamese restaurants to international standards.

After the launch of this website, the institute will continue to set standards for Vietnamese dishes, hold “King of Cooks” awards to find the best cooks, and organize seminars on Vietnamese culinary arts.

The institute is calling for cooperation among domestic and overseas businesses in this field to create a Vietnamese gastronomic community.
